Following the adoption of the Masterplan within the Town Centre Strategy on 6 December 2022, the design team are now testing ideas for specific sites in the town centre.
Technical testing of ideas such as changes to the roads with the relevant landowners to ensure that they are feasible within the wider road network.
Cost analysis to assess the viability of the ideas and to help prioritise projects that may flow from the masterplan, as well as informing further discussion with landowners.
